These gurus get you all hyped up with their half-truths, you become, enthralled, spell-binded, espellbound, dazzled, bewitched, charmed, captivated, enchanted, fascinated, enraptured, magnetized, hypnotized and you don't know whether to poop or go blind, so you run to the back of the room and can't wait to shell out your cash for nothing you know about.And...we have a thread currently going on about why investors fail.

I think if you concentrate on a niche like that as you try to find don't wanters, you'll have better luck.Letters every quarter, with your card on a magnet, an Xmas card during the holidays, a newsletter about local multifamily conditions, etc. needs to be part of your strategy.

The reason meters don't run fast is that they turn through a magnet in the meter cup that registers your odometer every time that cup/nutating disc makes a rotation.
