Actively attempting to conceal, and distracting from discovery is completely different than non-disclosure.

The seller conveyed a landlocked parcel and agreed to record a right of way to provide access.The discovery rule would likely prevent a statute of limitations defense. 

My partner and I have been looking at multi-family house for the past two years or so and have even gone under contract on two properties before pulling out because of inspection discoveries.

Nice discovery and definitely better for the environment. 

I think that the chances of us seeing any of this are less likely, so my guess is the signal will come from watching rent growth forecasts and interest rates coupled with price discovery related to seller expectations. 

All of this discovery and discussion is helping me to refine my goal and strategy.
