I am looking into buying a house to house hack, but I see that the economy is in shambles right now because of the coronavirus, should I wait or just put in a offer? 

But I'm hearing about the corona virus stuff, how the stock market had the biggest downfall right now, and I'm just worried that in a few months, this property will be worth half of what I would pay for it.

So the coronavirus doesn't even touch these flu numbers.  

I know that the Corona virus has spooked the market down by 12% in the last few days.

@Arian Moreno not related to SXSW, but I own an STR in Kissimmee and just received my first cancellation request for later this month related to the coronavirus.

But now with the Coronavirus in effect, I have no idea how exactly the housing market will be impacted.The price of my home in CA are at all time highs.

Also, I can see that Coronavirus is effecting US/World economy harder than I imagined.

They know what the coronavirus is also, such as SARS.

While watching the news about the Corona virus, I'm thinking the section 8 properties have guaranteed rent coming in from the government.Most of my other properties have hourly employees that will be financially  hurt if told to stay home.
