David C. Spontaneous Leaks in Copper Pipes

Amazing fast replies everyone.I'd be happy to do the whole basement, but there are 2 floors above it, to get all the way up to upstairs bathrooms seems like a very big job to do preemptively.I'll talk with the plumber about doing at least a really big patch.I don't see any metal hangers, but about 15 feet from this leak there was a piece of steel or aluminum conduit?

I'm not sure what @Ken Rishel was suggesting but he made a comment as to the MH dealers entering into a sophisticated relationship I believe involving various entities for compliance in doing business. If you can inject funds from a qualified lender then affiliate relationships could just fund purchases and portfolio notes with affiliate relationships, such as conduits with affiliate banking relationships, could be rather simple to convoluted.I think that a centralized origination and servicing operation could be established.

clips) and 5/8" drywall will give you much quieter wall assembly (somewhere around STC 55 - 60 ... been a while since I've done the math) while also meeting fire code for common walls. If you want to go further for even less neighbour noise in a higher end unit, you can add a second sheet of (5/8) drywall, but instead of an air gap (which would require shimming and create a conduit for lower frequency sounds), use a sound deadening/absorbing filler such as "green glue" between the sheets.

Many of us are playing in small houses, but some of us do other things we may not talk about on a daily basis, like the mid 7 figure conduit loan one of my partnerships recently secured on a residential/commercial deal we closed just under 3 years ago.

You'd need an attorney and it's probably too much brain damage to design a conduit payment system for a few tenants, but provisions can be made.Simple way, don't do that.Mail your check to my office, posted date is date of payment or allowing one day for deposits so as to provide good funds by the date due. :)
