In comparison, 15 miles to the north in Glens Falls, nice multifamily buildings are selling like crazy for somewhat reasonable prices.

For comparison, here are my numbers from postcards sent last month to targeted and filtered absentee owners in the Sacramento market: Postcards sent: 3713Total calls: 23Leads (defined as anyone with a house they want to sell): 20Lead rate: 0.54%Cost/lead: $72.40Now, most of those leads aren't much good.

It was quite eye opening experience to her when I took her to Chicago and Miami and she could see the money and wealth and she realized that by comparison we had a long way to go.She understands why I am not satisfied with just being upper middle class.
