Has anyone had experience with RJ Bates's Titanium University training/community? 

Chicago has a fantastic real estate community, and there are plenty of networking opportunities.

I think BP would create more value to the RE community by doing for coaching what they are doing for LP syndication investors.  

@Jennie Berger gave you the whole kit & caboodle on Chicago zoning so I don't have a ton to ad, however, I'd highly encourage you to engage an architect like @Samuel Pavlovcik or @Prashanth Mahakali, both are awesome local Chicago resources.

There aren't many co-ops in Southern California, mostly in LA or a senior community in Orange County, but there's not much of a discount between condos and co-ops - at most, 10%.What is your source of the 10% difference data?

The REI community here is very active.

I’m even considering buying thick rugs to give the tenants above but even that sucks to have to tell tenants what they need in their home.I really love the community on this site.
