When you say I got another one, is that for a client or do you keep them all?

In my opinion, maintenance markups do not align incentives of the property management company with the owner client.

A client of mine recently invested there and raves aboutt the ease of finding solid contractors who stick to the budget.One piece of advice: before jumping into any market, spend time understanding the local economy, demand drivers (like job growth and population trends), and the landloard laws.

We invest in 38109 on a limited basis when a client requests properties in the area, but further north and east.
