If that wasn't traumatizing enough, imagine the look on my face when his parents initiated litigation against me.

I currently have a full time W2 job as a civil/structural engineer doing work that I actually really enjoy.

More of a generalize long term goal is to continue flipping while collecting buy and holds for passive income while I advance my career in the civil engineering field. 

There was a litigation going on between the HOA and a builder in that community.

I file a civil suit which took 8 months just to have a court date and of course I won BUT now I find out that his company LLC had dissolve 3 years ago so since the checks were written to his company name, I can't sue him personally.

I have been involved in corporate finance, litigation and real estate for over 15 years.

My father built houses and sold them, sometimes up to three at a time, while working a job as a civil engineer when I was growing up.  

hello BP familyMy name is Stefan Chirila and moved in California from Romania in 2011. happy to be here and finally taking  my first action and come on board.I am 32 years old, did sport at the highest level all my life, I am married and Civil Engineer, when I moved in US I started working as a labor for a small construction company(didn't have rights, and not shame about that), throughout time I learned the language and got my rights and equivalent my degrees and eventually started to work in construction management as an assistant Superintendent for a very big GC, everything is good happy with my job with my growth in US in a very short time, but always had in me the filling that I can do more then just working hard and make money for someone else, always dream about financial freedom, never actually took actions in that direction. 

Once I find the property that is in the civil suit, I locate the property owner by searching for the person who pays taxes on the property. 

I'm going to paraphrase here:"COMMONWEALTH OF MASSACHUSETTS LAND COURT DEPARTMENT OF THE TRIAL COURTORDER OF NOTICE TO: (Previous owner's name), and to all persons entitled to the benefit of the Servicemembers Civil Relief Act; Wells Fargo Bank...Asset-Backed Pass-Through Certificates...claiming to have interest in a mortgage covering real property at (address), given by: (name) to (mortgage company) dated May 2005...and now held by Plaintiff by assignment, has/have filed with this court a complaint for determination of defendants service members status...If you object to the foreclosure of the property above then you or your attorney must file a written appearance and answer this before OCT 31, 2016 or you will be forever barred from claiming that you are entitled to the benefits of said Act"Now, forgive me for my ignorance, but is this just a foreclosure notice?
