Truthfully, I'm excited but nervous to start. 

I might suggest listening to LOTS of podcasts and finding the content or people you connect with - that make sense and sound to you like they are preaching the truth/sound advice.

Not to disappoint you,  but that's the truth. 

Is there no viable venue that private money lenders can meet directly with borrowers, where both have goals that can be met in truth and with confidence?  

The ability to speak the hard truth with empathyIt doesn't matter how good a mentor is: if they don't mesh with you personally, it will be a disaster.

The truth is that finding the right contractor is a painful and expensive process.

Many believe they will save money when selling for sale by owner, but there is no data that proves any truth to that StatementWhat will you do if a buyer brings an agent?

And the truth is every time I researched and found out the same job with an inexpensive deal.

There are good mentorships/coaching/classes and bad ones so you never really know, but the honest truth is that even in the bad ones, if you do the work and build relationships with other students, you will probably crush.

I know some accountants will encourage you to stretch the truth around your true activities, but when it comes to the IRS, I would not play games like this.
