If you own your own business,  the business can start a 401k plan for its employees (you) and will appoint a trustee for the account (also you) who will manage the investing for the plan.

I'd make appointments with a couple local banks and credit unions and go over your situation to see what they can approve you for.

Hello Investors, Does anyone have a good source for a company or person to hire that can help manage incoming leads, such as checking for motivation, scheduling appointments and things of this nature, 1 first point of contact after a lead comes in from direct mail, website, or cold calling company who has generated a lead?

One thing to look for is the recording of a Deed of Appointment of Substitute Trustee among the land records.

My standard response re-states all the basics (rent, location, qualifications) and requests interested renters actually drive by the house before requesting an appointment.
