They are all adjacent to the property.  

Asheville has a well connected regional airport and two international airports ~1-2 hours away.

Two, Aurora contains the top two economic drivers of the Denver MSA, Denver International Airport (37,000 employees) and the Fitzsimmons Campus (24,000 employees). 

. $75k for 3 units that could easily get around 750 per unit and also including an empty adjacent lit.

Although we live in one of the most expensive market sin the US we do have an advantage, we have 3 major airports and  a couple of regionals close by..

Combine that w/ time zones and time wasted at the airport can make for a long day.

There's a similar property that just went under contract and there's potential to make a good hunk of change with the one I'm looking at, but didn't know if anyone had experience with a ROW preventing a sale or  being able to get a good market value for it.Also the adjacent lot the ROW is shared with does not appear to be inhabited.

If it was the only land with right-of-way access I'd probably just offer the owners some cash to pay for that little section of land, however there's another lot adjacent to the one I'm looking at that also shares the same access.

The area is close to Newark Airport which is a plus and has easy access to Times Square NYC with a short bus ride.

If it’s possible within the zoning code then the conversion would be presented at a zoning meeting where adjacent neighbors and officials will give their opinion.
