Thoughts on an Airbnb in Newark Weequahic area

Hi BP members, 

I'm getting ready to close on 3 family in the Weequahic area in Newark NJ and was wondering if anyone have any of their properties listed on Airbnb as I was thinking of converting 1 of my units into short term rentals. would like to hear any hurdles or successes people have had with Airbnb in any parts of Newark. The area is close to Newark Airport which is a plus and has easy access to Times Square NYC with a short bus ride. I have noticed multiple properties on Airbnb but would like to hear the feedback from actual owners.
