Right now I'm just ready to learn whatever I can so that I'm prepared when my opportunity comes.I tend to be more of a reader/solo learner, but think that down the road I may want to find someone willing to trade their knowledge for a good writer, willing laborer, or general volunteer.

I'm a writer and part-time Real Estate investor who is currently living in Brooklyn, New York.  

Fast forward to my current obsession with the BP podcasts and my ever growing obsession with reading (I consider myself a writer more than anything), and I'm reading to jump into real estate.

Some banks or mortgage writers know of loans that are specifically for investors and are set up as a "blanket loan" some cover 5 properties and some even up too 10.

I am starting to run out of books to read, and wanted to get some recommendations of writers/speakers who really inspired you: A few of my favorites are: Brendon Burchard, Tony Robbins, Zig Ziglar, Brian Tracy, Jay Abraham.

It's just me but, if J Scott, one of the creators of Bigger Pockets, and the writer of several of the books available, specifically the ones on flipping, if he advised me to think twice, then I definitely would.

Don't get me wrong everyone makes mistakes, but if you're in the business of words (as he is a blog writer) then you should probably learn what grammar and syntax are.
