I would think a garden and parking are an attractive draw in peniche, especially in the high season. 2.Adding value – To be determined amount of renovation/redecoration work is required on the property since it has been sitting empty for 4 years and hasn't been updated in decades.

I've been updating things that need it and lucky enough, I can do the work myself to keep cost down for now, only because it be my first rental.any advise would be much appreciated.

The building is 100 years old, but solid with regular maintenance and updates.

Rent collection update - paid in full by his mother yesterday. 

If they pay earlier than their set up date, unnecessary emails stating payments need to be set up go out.
