I am reminded of a concept I was told a long time, that high end products, such as Ferrari, do not spend advertising dollars on public television, because that is not where their clientele are spending their time. 

They have color televisions. 

Investing in a big screen TV and at least one additional television for bedrooms can save renters from disappointment when they arrive, while also increasing the value of your property.

Watching all these programs on television about buying/selling/rehab/etc, i've always wondered....

That said, if Tenants whish to add-on the television service on top of the Internet, we will add the service under our account.  

Any damage to any such apparatus and the cost of clearing stopped plumbing resulting from misuse shall be borne by Tenant;(i)And Tenant's family and guests shall at all times maintain order in the Premises and at all places on the Premises, and shall not make or permit any loud or improper noises, or otherwise disturb other residents;(j)Keep all radios, television sets, stereos, phonographs, etc., turned down to a level of sound that does not annoy or interfere with other residents; (k)Deposit all trash, garbage, rubbish or refuse in the locations provided and shall not allow any trash, garbage, rubbish or refuse to be deposited or permitted to stand on the exterior of any building or within the common elements;(l)Abide by and be bound by any and all rules and regulations affecting the Premises or the common area which may be adopted or promulgated by the Condominium or Homeowners' Association having control over them.Furthermore, Tenant shall not attempt any repair without the Landlord’s express written consent.

Their ads are all over Chicago market television (they "promote").The "membership" is $125 a year for the affiliate licensing fee - no purchase is required (FTC regulation).
