Each asset person is assigned to each loan and they both have different goals for recovery.If you can't get the second to agree to a certain payoff then nothing else matters.That goes for any additional liens on the property that you may know or not know you have on there.Has this agent had a pre-lim title search pulled to see what they were dealing with??

As a buyer/renter myself, I just want the basics, not fake-looking virtual furniture pictures that looks like they fell out of The Sims.

I will be getting a local SIM card to use while I am in that country, but I don't any of my tenants would want to call (and pay for) long distance international to discuss things.If nothing happens during my time away, fine, but that's unlikely.So there are two issues. 

In regards to Open Houses, im not a huge fan unless I for sure have 25+ people with already pre-lim apps sent in or brought with them.

It may have to do with your SIM card.

CA.. this is very very simple.when the OP bought it she got a pre lim  or title commitment.. this will show easements of record that affect the property as exceptions to title..

@Patrick Lim Ask for a few extra character references, even better if it's people they have lived with before, and literally just ask them the question....

I also use a camera that uses t-mobile prepaid SIM card to help give me real time video of the property.

I've been looking at the available listings (this is difficult, because they only have the Parcel Number, and you have to put that into the Appraiser site to get an address and details on the property), and we plan to do a "sim".
