It's not good to burn bridges in this business, and we agents do a lot of free work that we never get paid for.

This is how I grew my real estate business over the past few years.

The STR model is a different model and where it is at in it's business cycle, the average STR owner is not doing well.

It’s a business account and I just checked, paying 3.95%, more than my personal one!

There are very few fully integrated turnkey operators in the business today.  

I have many clients buying the older homes in North Phoenix near the north 101 as they are 20-30 years old, in need of updates, but also are poised for the long term growth from TSMC and other business/economic activity in the area. 

  :)   There's so many Gurus pitching this and that without mentioning the risks to them and to the buyers.So glad to hear re your business model being fair to the buyer.   

When you do the turnkey offerings to completely new investors like that, you're going to end up working with a lot of inexperienced investors who blame the turnkey operator for things that are a normal part of the property management business.

Of these professional wholesalers, nearly all of them will be well capitalized professional real estate investors or large businesses doing hundreds of deals annually with many years in and around every part of the real estate investment journey.

So some may say $30k is not worth it but I know others that launched successful syndication businesses from it.
