I want to build a passive income to provide enough income to free my time up to do more of the things I enjoy -- travel, photography, and just about anything that gets me outdoors and keeps me active (with my dog of course).

Do any realtors here use real estate photography to marketing for your business?

Also if anyone in my area needs any sort of photography I have a professional camera that takes unbelievable photos.

I'm looking to start DIYing my own photography but want to stay under an equipment cost of $1000 and it actually be worth it to spend the money.

After kicking butt and taking names in the marketing arena for some real estate investors ( doing website, seo, video, photography, direct mail, finding deals, paid advertising, etc ).

Plus my wife has a drone and a bunch of professional photography equipment including a 3D camera so we could market our projects really well!!

I have a few ideas to apply to this and they are as follows: Tent camping and or hunting and possibly fishing, events like small festivals and concerts, photography shoots and boat and or camper storage. .

When listing I strongly rely upon at least some staging and absolutely use professional photography.

During my down time, I also enjoy photography, crocheting and TV bingeing. 

Great photography skill is grossly underappreciated.
