Beginner from Jacksonville, NC

Hey everyone! Creeping around the forums and choosing podcasts over music for a month now just feels like too much take and not enough give. Im here to bring what I can to this community and continue to learn about everything real estate investing has to offer. Im originally from New York but after joining the Marine Corps I have had the opportunity to see parts of the world I did not think I would ever see. After 5 years of service I will be honorably discharged and following my wife (who is also a marine) and step son to Jacksonville, North Carolina. We will only be here in Jacksonville for 3 years so I am shifting my focus to flipping SFH’s. I come from a military and law enforcement background. Im currently pursuing employment as a police officer in the area. I am also looking at achieving a bachelors degree in either finance, accounting, or marketing. What can I offer you? I still have two arms and two legs so if anyone in my area needs help with anything just hit me up. Also if anyone in my area needs any sort of photography I have a professional camera that takes unbelievable photos. Other than that im new to this so theres not much I can offer besides motivation, humor, and my undivided attention. Thanks BP fam!
