Each side is ~850 sqft.I did research figured out they were quoting me for up to 4 tons (for a single side) -- which was overkill for my property.

Some feel that is overkill but I booked over 200 nights last year so I don't think it's really hurting my occupancy rates and I feel much more comfortable with the guests I am bringing in.

We have been using it for a couple years for tenant management side of things and doing accounting in Peach-tree Accounting which we use for our 'day job' business, but it is overkill and not easy to use without an accounting background.
