This might be a lengthy post so I apologize.Last March I took my first full time job as an experiential market manager in Orlando and although my job is pretty fun I quickly realized why I was an independent contractor for so long.

And where in the Orlando market are you seeing these percentages?

I'm looking to work w/ investor friendly real estate brokers/agents in the Orlando, FL area.

I have a buyer interested in buying a duplex property in West Orlando for no more than $10,000.

Depends on your market Orlando seems to be one of 3 that actually make money.

This is unique relative to other places I've personally rented (Denver, Orlando, LA and Boston). 

Anyone in the Orlando (and surrounding) area who specializes in lease option deals?
