I’m working on my first Wholesaling deal. I have a buyer interested in buying a duplex property in West Orlando for no more than $10,000. Is this feasible? Also I know I can drive for dollars but are there any other ways I can find properties or how can I get a good idea of what area I should even be driving to? Thanks.
