Hello,Using Bigger pockets to assist in my job search!

My wife's grandmother passed away two years ago, and we still have her house in San Gabriel, CA.

I am looking for my second rental, BP has gotten me in touch with some really great folks in the Rent to Build space and I am researching that in the Ocala/Inverness and Jacksonville areas. 

My friend tells me I should charge 1100 to the new tenant that I’m trying to acquire.

I’ve isolated these three markets as they’re all within driving distance from my home and seem to fit my budget of $100K-$200K for purchase price.

Hi Grace, I have invested in properties most of my life.

When my wife and I started out we new we wanted to invest but did not know how to, we took action and unfortunately found a family friend realtor (amazing learning experience) then we found bigger pockets. 

My real estate goals include investing in long-term rentals with the potential for mid-term rentals, leveraging my spouse’s career as an OT in the healthcare industry.

This may be my first rodeo in flipping but not my first rodeo in construction.

Also, there really isn't any great advantage to automatic payments from my experience.
