@Jay Hinrichs -  I think I'm too young to have enough money to be exposed to that, but I read Wolf of Wall Street, which went into way more detail about the actual scheme than the movie did!

@Brian Gibbons"Attack of the Gurus" is to be a fictional movie of what happens to RE investors following systems and creative methods as their accountants inform them of their tax liabilities of thousands of dollars when they have not received their money yet. 

They like going out to movies, adventure sports, vacations, eating out, etc.

It's not my favorite movie but I remember that part.

Yeah I am not a rehabber and only in commercial real estate.I would say the landscaping outside looks something out of a horror movie.
