also I like the idea of duplexes and triplexes in Minneapolis but im told there are bad areas to buy?

I live in South Minneapolis with my wife, 8-month-old son, and our little dog.

I am looking for whole sale contacts in Indianapolis and Minneapolis .

I recently purchased a home for 313k in a Minneapolis suburb.

I'm living in the Minneapolis area and interested in purchasing my first investment property.

I'll stick my neck out there and would bet that within 12 months the tier 1 markets may be primed for a rude awakening.The Midwest (employment hubs like Omaha, Kansas City, Minneapolis) and most of the deep South and Gulf Coast seem to have good numbers still.

I understand that I probably can't get that rate in Minneapolis, but I honestly feel that a full months rent for tenant placement is highway robbery. 

I believe Minneapolis just passed a very favorable zoning law that allows for more multifamily and Accessory Dwelling Units.
