My name is Justin, I am an active duty Marine, Business Major with a personal interest in Real estate as an active business.Here from Denver, CO if there is any others here near by Oceanside I am always open to getting in contact with smarter individuals than I.

I'm a marine biologist and decided about 8 years ago in college, that I didn't care about the money- I wanted to pursue my dreams in the marine science world regardless.  

I was in the Marine Corps so we started working with them and wanted to see how good their homes are. 

I guess I should start by introducing my self My name is Sergio I live in the awesome city of Phoenix, Az I came to the U.S 22 yrs ago from Colombia, I served honorably in the U.S Marines and I currently work in the oil and gas industry in the frozen state of ND some of my hobbies are riding my motorcycle, hiking, shooting at the range, salsa, bachata, vallenato dancing.Like almost every one I was influenced by Robert Kiyosaki's Rich dad Poor dad a few years ago and that set in motion a desire to get out of the rat race, I started working in the oil industry to get out off debt as prescribed by Dave Ramsey now a few years in to my oil field career I've accomplished some financial goals and now ready to dive in to the real state world so I can work for my self "minding my business" (forgot who said that but good quote) I like to focus on buy and hold rental property the residual income is something that is appealing to me, I guess my goal is to eventually stop "working" and spend more time with family and donate more of my time and money to my friends organization helping disable kids and under privilege families in Colombia.I hope this was a proper intro and it wasn't too long looking forward to one day being on the Bigger pockets podcast with Josh and Brandon and having photograph taken with Robert Kiyosaki.

Just from what I learned already I figure it would have taken me a very long time to learn, if at all, because if you don't know what to ask and when to ask it you will never ask and if you use the Internet or other methods you might never find the question or relate, and not know to ask the question and a single mentor would either not think to tell you or assume you already know.It is the same as with my Merchant Marine license I had to have minimum of 1440 days underway with 720 days on vessels before I could take the test but even though I had been at sea I would not have passed the test without paying Houston Marine for the test prep which cost $$$All of these endorsements from the United States Coast Guard are required and after paying for the courses the USCG costs for the actual endorsements at $165 min each. 1600 ton Master $9,500 STCW $1,900.00 Able Bodies Seaman $799 Advanced Firefighting $799 RADAR $799 Proficiency in Rescue/Lifeboat $999 So to get my license I had to spend $14,796.00 and I lost sea time to automatically renew, after 10 years of sailing, when my parents were sick and died in 2007.  

But even if Ozzy Ozbourne were a former Marine (He's Not) I'd have to pass on renting to him and his posse.

Also track toll serial numbers and photos, with an inland marine (that's what it is called) policy it will cover your tools whether in transit, or at a job site.
