the bulk of mine were in Madison MS.. the per capita wealthiest city in the state. and of course you had to buy new construction to qualify.. so they have been nice rentals that cash flow neutral to lose a little bit a month.. but the front end bene's out stripped any little negative since I made 30k per house in my jeans day one.I am now selling them..

Having the street name be Denny is much more preferable than MLK, since people usually associate that with a busy street in a high-crime area in South Seattle, but we're actually in Cap Hill / Madrona / Madison Valley and our price tag is $1.3M.We never followed through with it though, although we'll always wonder :-)I honestly think we lost some buyers who didn't even want to visit the house because it was on MLK.
