Even with a new cabin you will need to stash away more than $100/month in future reserves for things such as staining the cabin, pool pump replacement, furniture replacement, pool heater, HVAC heat pump, water heater, etc.I'd put more like $250 regular monthly maintenance and $250/month for cap ex.
