Jacksonville must be within 50 miles of Camden County GA.

Most people I work with live in primary markets (as opposed to Birmingham, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Memphis, Little Rock, Jacksonville, Ohio, or other secondary or tertiary markets) where the Rent-to-Value Ratios are under 1%.

I can't speak to other parts of the country, but Jacksonville is rocking along.  

In Florida, my recommendation is that you expand your options to the suburbs of Tampa and Jacksonville/St.

My partner and I are looking at an 8 unit in Jacksonville, Florida.

OOS markets I currently find interesting are OKC, Alabama, Huntsville, FLA like Jacksonville / Orlando (a bit pricier)... etc.

I put an offer on a pre-foreclosure condo unit in Jacksonville, FL but after a day realized it just didn't feel right so didn't accept their counter and let it go. 

After, I will be moving to Jacksonville, Fl.
