I have a vacation rental property in Cape Cod and I have the itch to grow. 

Itching to find out. 

I was itching to get started and to do something, even though I had little experience and even less money.

This property will be a 2-4 Unit and will be strictly an investment property as I have a couple of private investors itching to stuff money in something after the increase COVID gave their business'.

I currently own 8 residential properties that I rent out, but have been itching to bump it up a little. 

I can understand the itch to get started, but you'd want to do it in the right way, with reserves, etc., so that you can actually be ready to invest in RE. 

Inventory is very tight right now and it is hard to even book a showing because the units are full all the time with vacationers, but still a great time to buy and take advantage of Disney's 50th celebration and the entire planet is itching to take a vacation and we are the #1 destination in the world.Look forward to hearing from you, Good Luck

I also don't like rigid sellers who will not work with me to get reasonable extensions for lending and capital raising: I want them to be in it with me rather than itching  to move onto the next buyer.

I guess I've given my mom the itch to invest in real estate.
