Those two facts alone take up most of my time, but I like to watch/play sports (especially baseball, football, and golf) when I can.

@Kyle Marsh My experience is to buy as close as possible to something fun (i.e. bars, football stadium, etc).

Lawyers love it because that's what they're bred to do, and it's like a football game for them.

My units do very well, they're the closest airbnbs you can find to the Texas A&M football stadium, so the 3 units get a good amount of attention during the school year.

It's main clientele is professional football and baseball players. 

We are pretty far along in the planning on this though we have not broken ground.Meanwhile, I came across an entire private school campus, complete with football field and gymnasium, that is for sale for $1.1 million.
