I have been wanting to be part of a mastermind group and I thought it would be great if there is a mastermind group for female investors. 

I am a 21 year old female itching to get started in real estate investing. 

No female cats and no dogs over 30 lbs if  it's in an HOA.

There's also a monthly InvestHER meetup and the Millennial Investor Focus Group has quite a few female members!

require a scratching post or pad and inspect to see that the litter is changed so cats fo not find another spot to pee, and a small rug to keep litter off floor, and only females so they do not spray/mark.

The female tenant "spit's cats" as my one friend put it and the total of these charges is close to $1000.00 out of a $3000 deposit.

The tenants are two young female roommates. 

As a young female future investor, I would make sure you have another person who is interested as well for when you start going to events when they are back in person and making connections.
