Nope....new goal is 10% body fat.

We priced out our kitchen appliances: fridge, dishwasher, double wall oven, 5 burner cooktop, for what we thought was a good price.

@Riley F.Are is decent but not sure about those numbers.Purchase price seems high and not much fat in the deal.Just my opinion.Thanks

As a plumber I did want to point out one thing: sediment.No one thinks about it.On a new water heater you should flush it once a year, but few do.Gas water heaters will slowly fail to heat as well when the sediment begins to settle in the bottom, where the burner is of course.

In fat I did that a few years ago with some of the young officers onboard.

The guys actually doing deals go up and down on cash, if you catch one with a fat bank account, they'll be in the mood to lend.

If you make them fat already before the work is finished many will drop out.

I am a commercial burner technician.

My back door doesn't openUnreasonable "honey do" list or items that can hit the back burner.......way in the back1.

We have that one on the back burner as a hold property.
