It’s a big country out there, plenty of potential. 

I would recommend focusing on markets/sub markets that will provide a more consistent return so take your time and be careful in the areas you're investing in.Personally I prefer the middle/southern part of the country because the price points are much lower and the laws are landlord friendly.

Mentor programs aren't for everyone but I have found the network of investors all over the Country to be super empowering as well as beneficial to my investing.

Definitely a great place to learn about real estate investing and what makes this website so beneficial is you can really micro target specific areas of the country and learn a lot of good info first hand. 

Philly is one of the most block-by-block investment markets in the country so all Philly investors have to know exactly where each neighborhood bends and breaks.

I know this has been spoken about before but I am currently working on building tiny home developments, like multifamilies using tiny homes throughout the country and was wondering if anybody else is doing the same or has interest.

All these metrics are different within the US so, as you can imagine, they're different between different countries and within a given country, depending on location.

These people are hiring out of country kids by paying $3 per hour  to do the marketing and pocketing all the money they charge us. 

in the HML space there are plenty of larger firms that do things across the country.. but NO lender lends in all 50 states.
