HI allI am having issues opening my INBOX and from mobile site.When I click my profile pic on top right, and select INBOX, FRIEND REQUESTit goes start to my profile... and I don't know what to do from there.I have been waiting to get to my desktop to answer inbox.I haven't explored the site on the mobile in depth.

Usually you need to track each properties expenses for Tax Time, that is where Class Tracking on QBO comes in handy, but that subscription costs the most, of course. if all your properties are in different LLCs and that is how you plan to keep going, you could use QuickBooks Online's cheapest subscription option but you probably would have to have a different log in for each.You can connect to your bank account to bring in transactions with this automatically.One option might be purchasing QuickBooks Desktop Accountant and that will allow you to pay once and have the ability to make multiple LLCs, again all on different account logins.

Personally I like to look at the past 90 days but if there is no data you'll have to go back farther or have a "desktop appraisal" done.Appraisals of any kind cost money, desktop appraisals might be $50.00...BUT, just because the seller is motivated, don't assume you can make the deal work.
