Hello Matt, are you only doing prefab wall panels, where they are assembled before delivery, or are you going to the next level with a full Prefab modular construction, where the units are completed at a factory and relatively minimal work is completed on site.One issue I have heard on the modular construction is the manufactures are sold out for this year.You might want to check out www.VuhausLLC.com/models they are doing high end modular construction.

I target cheap C+ class homes because turnovers amongst this class of tenants is almost zero, and the profits are much higher.

However, options can probably be used to flip properties for smaller profits and less risk on a more continuous basis.Purchasing properties (hopefully) cheap, keeping them in inventory, and selling for profit when the opportunity arises is much more difficult.

And I noticed that many of the unfurnished units were offered with a month to month lease... the kids would get cheap furniture that they didn't care about tearing up and giving away when they were done.
