I have used Champions School of Real Estate for my courses and they gave us an exam prep book for National and State but it's not as detailed as I think it should be to help me pass.What did you use to prepare for the exam?

You need to figure that the debt added to your balance sheet for an MBA will be between $30K+ from an online school to at least $60K+ from a traditional school (non-Ivy League), which is in addition to the cost of the undergraduate degree.

They see the potential profits or monthly cash flow potential from your analytical report, see that you've done your homework and might be ready for the big leagues, even if its not that expensive of a property, they know its the knowledge and education is what you need to make it profits, not really the capital or job right?
