You have an advantage over a lot of other folks right now in that you are living for free which gives you a golden opportunity to be able to pay off your car as quickly as possible and boost your savings account.

So when Car A gets an EPA of 30mpg, while Car B gets 25mpg, well neither number is wholly accurate, except you can figure Car A gets better mileage than Car B.Put simply, not in one single instance did the published Cap Rate match what I calculated.But I trust my own calculations more than what's published.

Renter can use it to buy a new car, a new TV or anything and leave the landlord empty with nothing.

I'll tell you what buyer's think of FSBOs....BARGAIN.....that's what they say every time in my car as I am showing them houses when they see a FSBO sign.
