I can cover with AC sleeves still they make the place look too cheap.What is the best way to cover them to make them loom aesthetic?

I think there will be more demand for the larger homes but aesthetically the park won't look as good if a 76' home is sticking out 10' farther than the neighboring 66' home. 2.

As mentioned an attached adu can cost less, but not sure how well that works "aesthetically" on a skinny lot with 2 units already..

Put your money into fixing the aesthetic things and staging the house to increase the value.

Yes, they're nice to have, and I am sure they have their perks, but to me it seems like more of an aesthetic preference - one that generally isn't a deal-breaker.Or you could view it as an insurance investment.Now, if I had a tenant who happened to be a carpenter and who wanted to build a storage shed in his yard, I would offer to pay for the supplies because I could market that to future tenants and hike up the rent. 

Inside can be fixed as well, and often times, you are can increase rents with better aesthetics in the units.The location is another story. 

To add my own 2 cents, 1) tenants are not going to rent or not rent because of the trim, 2) if the finish is in good shape aesthetically, you’re just adding work and it’ll be more work to maintain going forward, and 3) trends change and it is not easy to go back to exposed wood.Don’t do it. 

May not be the aesthetic you want, but I know in my area there are lot of properties with small stoops or just stairs to the door (these are typically concrete, but could be wood.

I have updated most of the home and it would be very a desirable for any renter/home buyer, as the homes in the area do not have the same aesthetic on the interior that mine does.
