Front Porch Rebuild Alternatives

Hi BP, long time lurker and looking for advice. A property I own has a front porch and is not properly supported underneath, so basically the whole structure is leaning forward. I am looking to convert this into a rental soon, and have gotten estimates for a post-down repair of $13-18k. Obviously not the kind of bill someone is looking for when converting to a rental. I cant imagine HOI would cover it, since it has not fallen. Posts are bowing out and down. Probably would be fine until winter.. but a MI snowfall on it I've got to imagine it would fall with that kind of weight on it.

Has anyone had experience with this before, or are there any other alternatives I am not thinking of?

Thank you in advance.
