While I don't want to jump to conclusions, the picture on the ID is 100% inconsistent with the person I have seen.I understand the seriousness of accusing someone of identity fraud without concrete evidence, but I also have a responsibility to protect the interests of our property and existing tenants.

Wondering if there is anyone wo can give me more concrete numbers and expectations on expenses and revenue before I buy.Thank you 

If you're planning on building an ADU or JADU 'yourself', my suggestion is to make sure you have some previous knowledge of construction and also make sure you know good sub-contractors in the following trades:  electrical, plumbing, foundation, roofing, framing, drywall/paint, stucco, tile, cabinetry, flooring, HVAC, concrete, etc.The last thing you want is poor quality work that has to be re-done because a handyman or the wrong tradesman did the work.

Build a commercial team- insurance, financing, Planning/Zoning, fire inspector, trades- electrician, plumber, carpenter, excavation, concrete, hvac, flooring, engineers, signage, etc. 

Thanks for this info.It's raised up so they didn't have to break into the concrete for the drain line. 

Also how does ADA come into play, the property is grandfathered because its in its original use.

I am having a mudjacking company jack up some concrete that is sloping towards the property, possibly causing most of the dampness issues.
