This is strictly an investment, so I'd be looking at 70%, which might still be worthwhile.

The borrower is off the hook for negative credit events on non-payment after a bankruptcy, but the bank can still foreclose if payments aren't being made.If the property didn't sell to a third party, it's still worthwhile talking to the borrower to see what's going on.
