The parents are trying to get her on TV, where I understand she can make in the tens of thousands of dollars.Can you imagine having astute parents investing your money for you tax free from essentially the time you were born?

Items would include things like a - $50 Gift Card (Home Depot, lol jk)- House Cleaning service- Coffee Machine- 42" Flat Screen TV- and Ca$h.The only way to get the good items would be to be an outstanding tenant with at least 2-3 year stay.

They would put him in the TV cabinet.

I don't drink, smoke, watch TV, have a high cell phone bill.

Here in SoCal, we have a TV program "Flip this ..." and it tries to show progress from purchase to final sales and I giggle frequently at the pricing they quote. 

@Jami Kloet I saw on A&E (Saturdays at 11AM) Homeaways new TV show VRP (Vacation Renatal Potential) that Panama City Beach Florida was the #1 U.S. vacation rental destination. 

Or a lot of these folks had 5 year calls on commercial properties and credit froze.. asset foreclosed.what you see is when you say people got wiped out your just seeing what you see on TV and such.. it happened to everyone  MYSELF included..
