But to answer you questionI like Chicago as you can get some mass there and a ton to choose from and you can buy value add which your going to need to ultimately get to your super high return that you must have.Frankly those with this kind of cash I just don't see going to in to these types of assets as they are management intense and the loss of capital is real.The bigger cash guys I see go for A quality assets and with that kind of cash you could buy a very nice 10 million plus properties that would give you years of income enjoyment while your sipping your fruity drinks in the tropics   :)

I only heard about it through other forum posts, but I do also plant to talk to my RE attorney about it.

Obviously don't have to say it like that word for word but that's somewhat of the idea is to plant the seed of what I can do by wholesaling their house as apposed to just hoping it sells for what the realtor lists and possibly waiting months for any kind of offer.  

Using a two-tone paint scheme, changing some knobs and light fixtures and planting some shrubs is going to improve the property value by $1.5M!!

I suggest you get settled in first too, get planted and know your area generally.

If you are looking at Phoenix I would recommend looking at the east valley, with the new airport, the Apple plant and some major housing developments there is a lot going on here.
