My credit union union offers a 100% LTV home equity loan product (not HELOC) at 6.99% but it it is only a 10 year amort. 

WHAT AM I MISSING, WHAT SHOULD I THINK ABOUT,  I AM NOT INTO EXCEL CHARTS, AND CRUNCH NUMBERS, NO IDEA ABOUT THAT.I AM LOST AND CONFUSED, ANY TIPS I WILL APPRECIANTE FROM BP MEMBERS !

I find it best to have a sample deal on paper so they can see what kind of product you're looking at.

Most reputable turnkey providers have more demand for their product then they have supply.

And lets you sell investment property you have held for productive use and purchase new investment property and defer paying tax on the gain from the sale. 

Can anyone advise if there is another conventional product in the market that allows financing existing property earlier then 6 months after purchase? 

Also many hard money lenders have rental hybrid products now. 

Solid plank vinyl or good quality laminate (in non-moisture environments) is excellent and lasts far longer than carpet, and is able to be repaired.We find that most tenants appreciate the hypo-allergenic properties of a non-carpeted environment.Just a thought for the future...
