@Ting Lai - I’m in KY now and the area I’m in (south of Louisville) has a shortage of rentals.

@Matthew Ladner If there is a housing shortage, like in Berkeley, CA, a duplex is a solid investment.

Even the demand from the housing shortage can't make up the difference.

There is currently a shortage of quality rentals in Ridgecrest.

We have an awesome opportunity to add units to our properties now and address the housing and rental shortage while getting cash flow. 

The military base is experiencing a major shortage in housing so there is expected growth in building more housing.

If things go really bad, you may have to cover any shortage to keep the fed quiet.

@ Jacob Hammond - I went through the planning meetings the Borough had on the project and there will be something like a shortage of 750 units short - making ownership of “doors” a very strong position.
