Perhaps the savings is in mass production.

My humble opinion is that you really need to develop budgeting muscles.  

I am not "offering" 7%. 7% is simply what Mass Mutual is paying right now.

But to Ann's point, there really isn't much posting so maybe 2 areas would be sufficient for now - Central & Western Mass and Eastern Mass.

We arrange to have mass showing events on the weekends, but sometimes wonder about the use of a property management company to handle the tenant search, tenant issues, etc. 

I keep hearing bad things about Lynn, but it doesn't make sense to me as a newbie to Mass. 

And like the regulator said its so rampant but I suspect the states will start enforcing it.. because of all these guru's teaching the mass's and all the harm that is done to sellers by shysters telling them their 100k home is only worth 20k and ripping fee's out of them.. its a stain on the industry frankly.

So I see he has two main products:  "Multi-Family Millions" which is a mass market book you can get on Amazon for $15, and "Apartment House Riches" which is a few handbooks plus audio and video package for $995, which you seem to be able to get on ebay for only $40 these days.
