In fact, it was strange in that we would not finance people that were just buying toys, weekend warriors with their little ranchitos… no income involved, we weren't interested. 

Some good points , but some of you didn’t read the question.....It’s also clear some of you have never been through a recession.....I can guarantee, from considerable experience , that when a downturn comes , your class B super neighborhood tenant, the flash guy with a Merc and a house full of toys and kids will be the first to lose his overpaid job, and the first to default on the $1500 rent.....whereas Mr Reliable in Detroit who works at Walmart and pays $450 a month will continue to do so.....But this is about $30k houses, local or out of state......about DOING this, going this route, not reasons why not too......

I'm also toying with the idea of a large balloon pmt at the end of a short term. 

So we started toying w/ agent sites and I'll be 100% frank and honest.

I'm not a bleeding heart liberal by any stretch, but it does feel good to be making a positive difference in the world and for family, along with making gobs of money for toys, boats and waterfront homes.

look at U-Haul, united van-lines where people moving and where is business friendly place invest where **** can GROW BRO...Idaho,AZ, Texas, Florida, SC and TN......U simple want best chance to win and yes read up not that hard owning in other states..... 

Many non-paying U-Haul tenants later, I had to completely accept that Bank of America didn’t care what was occurring with my family.

We could all vote with U-Haul trucks on whether it was good or bad law.

It is tough to beat the durability of ceramic or porcelain tile over the long haul.
