I imagine once I am done working for the man, I'll still work for myself in some fashion.

Runs great with minimal repairs, meets all my needs and gets me where I need to go in a timely fashion yet KBB says I could reasonably expect $1,505 if I sold today. 

We have a wide variety of professions renting our units - teachers, engineers, retail, mechanics, roofers, fashion designers, retirees, food service, self employed, hospitality, banking, logistics, dockworkers, police officers, utility workers, etc. 

I love a good ol' fashion success story.

Also we will be launching a video podcast of our own on youtube called the Old Fashioned Real Estate show where in we drink Old Fashioneds and talk about investment real estate.

Up until recently, the laws were reasonable and applied more or less fairly with a slight to moderate bias towards the tenant (the landlord-tenant courts are conducted by magistrates who are ultimately answerable to judges but who, in 99.99% of the cases, are the final word, and have a tendency - if given any sort of excuse - to rule in favor of or at least grant a continuance to the tenant).
