Well, after multiple issues that the only resolution was using additional software, and now we have received our 1099 from RentRedi that includes the fees they charged our tenants and we NEVER received any of those fees...that is the straw that broke the camel's back.

@Sean Troy   My definition of war zone would be like the Memphis property my buddy bought.within 12 months of trying to turn it around and blowing through 500k... he had 2 murders on property... a few rapes... too many calls to cops to quell family baby daddy type disputes.
