Can someone please refer me to an experienced lawyer who will address the problems head on and get me resolution?

Well, after multiple issues that the only resolution was using additional software, and now we have received our 1099 from RentRedi that includes the fees they charged our tenants and we NEVER received any of those fees...that is the straw that broke the camel's back.  

It give enough time to correct anything that may pop up which could be credit not just scores but trade lines, dispute, something reporting in error etc.

@Sean Troy   My definition of war zone would be like the Memphis property my buddy bought.within 12 months of trying to turn it around and blowing through 500k... he had 2 murders on property... a few rapes... too many calls to cops to quell family baby daddy type disputes.

At this point, I’m considering disputing some of the payments with my bank as he has not provided the agreed upon services.

Note: I was a three unit, and became a four unit.The law only applies to new construction or to existing buildings when they are substantially rehabilitated so as to constitute the equivalent of new construction.There have been legal cases disputing when a renovation is so substantial that it constitutes the equivalent of new construction.

Disputes/gripes over  draws are pretty common. 

Ours was weak and unprofessional, lacking essential elements such as an arbitration clause, dispute resolution mechanisms, and clearly defined communication methods.

@Kristen Watts we had a similar issue and our best resolution was to have an electrician out and split the electricity.
